Add your jquery file immediately below ]]></b:skin> tag.Look at below:

<script src='http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.3.2/jquery.min.js' type='text/javascript'/> .

After adding this, your previous jquery.js file must delete.Now your all jquery widgets will work fine.
