How To Change the colour of Scrollbars in Blogger

1.Login to your dashboard--> layout- -> Edit HTML

2.Scroll down to where you see </head> tag.

3.Now copy below code and paste it just before </head> tag.

Note : You can change colours of above code as your choice.

4.Now save your template and your done.
